Important information and rules for your stay
Please check the holiday accommodation upon arrival for any damage or cleanliness issues.
If you have any remarks, they must be reported to Agence Unico no later than 12:00 noon on the day following your arrival.
Remarks regarding cleanliness must be reported on the day of arrival.
Only if you receive the keys after 6:00 PM, you may report your remarks the following morning until 11:00 AM.
If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the accommodation and start cleaning yourself without first informing Agence Unico, so that we have the opportunity to assess the situation and propose a solution, this will under no circumstances give rise to any compensation.
Please take the following points into account:

Tidy up the holiday accommodation;

Gather the rented linen and bring it to the office. If you depart outside office hours, leave the linen in the living room or the entrance hall of the accommodation;

Place duvets, blankets, and pillows correctly back on the beds;

Wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher;
-
Clean kitchen appliances (coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc.);
-
Dispose of rubbish, glass, paper, and PMD;

Turn off the heating or set it to minimum (leave hot water appliances switched on!);

Close doors and windows;

Ensure that the accommodation is free of sand;

Put all furniture and decorations back in their original place, as upon arrival;

If no cleaning service was booked through the office, the accommodation must be left completely clean, as you received it upon arrival.
⚠️ If these points are not respected, additional charges may be applied.
⚠️ Keys must be returned to Agence Unico no later than 10:00 AM.
In case of late departure, additional charges may be applied.
